  • 孙诤,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。

  • 1983年出生,先后毕业于上海海洋大学(生物学学士)、英国巴斯大学(生物学硕士)、香港大学(生物工程博士),博士导师为陈峰教授与王明福教授。2012-13年于香港城市大学Dr. Carol Lin课题组从事博士后研究工作。2013 年受聘于上海海洋大学,加入周志刚教授的研究团队,所属组织为生物系海洋生物教研室,并获“海燕学者”称号;同时担任北京大学“食品与生物资源工程研究所”兼职研究员。2013-15 年陆续入选上海市“晨光计划”、“浦江人才”、“青年东方学者”。2016年获得高峰高原学科高层次人才国际联合培养专项经费资助,赴墨尔本大学进行访学,与Prof.Muthupandian Ashokkumar课题组开展合作研究。

  • 孙诤致力于以循环经济的思路开发藻类资源,研究方向集中在微藻油脂的储存及调控、类胡萝卜素等高附加值化合物的生物活性分析、以及副产品的发酵。迄今在农业、食品、应用微生物领域的一、二区期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,在Handbookof Biofuels’ Production等权威英文专著上发表章节3篇,并作为第二主编,编写了英文电子专著Recent Advances in Microalgal Biotechnology。

  • 教学方面,孙诤于2011年考取香港大学颁发的教学证书(Certificate of Teachingand Learning in Higher Education);2015年所主讲的本科生必修课《植物生物学》入选“上海高校外国留学生英语授课示范性课程”建设计划;2016 年获上海(省级)高校青年教师教学竞赛三等奖、校级青年教师教学比赛一等奖、及校级教学能手称号。

  • 2015-16年共招收硕士研究生共3名。其中2015级硕士生陈勇同学的论文《奶牛场废水中产油微藻(小离囊藻)的分离、鉴定、产油性能评价及规模化养殖》被评为2016年“海洋工程与技术”上海市研究生学术论坛优秀奖,同时其科研项目“小球藻藻源虾青素作为天然抗氧化日霜原料的开发”获得2016年上海海洋大学“骆肇尧科技创新基金项目”资助。协助周志刚教授共同培养的2014级硕士生方小鹏同学的论文获得2016年国际会议“最佳墙报报告奖”(The Best Poster Award, The 4th Asia-Oceania Algae Innovation Summit)。
